If perhaps you want the gluten, a simple switch of the flour will do the trick. The original, gluten laden version called for wheat flour.

Now while this doesn’t look all low fat and low calorie or even low carb,

anything in moderation is usually okay. All of the ingredients are real no fake butter or fake sugar,

although if you want you could go that route.

But, this is really delicious.

Zumba

Zumba is perhaps the most fun you can have working out.

Period.

There is a reason why it is so popular, and has been featured on shows like Dr. Oz, it is FUN.

Not many people (myself especially) like to workout.

It is that whole ‘work’ part at the start of the word that really sums up why.

But, Zumba isn’t like that. You will work your butt off, but you will love each and ever second. You don’t have to be a good dancer, anyone can do it. So, if you haven’t at least tried it once, you really do need to.

Even if for some reason, you don’t like that style of dance or maybe you don’t like the music, you can apply the principles of Zumba to any type of music you like and just get up and dance.

You will have fun. And that in itself is pretty important.

So, go check out this video and see what everyone is talking about.

Oh, and you don’t have to spend money on taking a class or even buying the dvd’s.

Check out your local library, they will probably have them and the library is free.
