I found this really yummy but effective cleanser for your system. We all know how important it is to keep up our fluids but drinking just plain water does get a bit to boring sometimes.
Try doing this recipe for a refreshing and very different taste for your water.
You can do this with so many combinations of herbs and flavors, good old mint comes to mind or with coriander, peach or anything.
This is easy and it will make you want to drink more water which is great for all of us.
