I’ve found a really good resource for you on different ways of getting protein but not having to eat meat. There are a lot of people that think that they can’t get protein unless they eat meat but this isn’t true.
For those of you who like alternatives to meat or who are vegetarian, there are so many different forms of protein to choose from. Also it gives you many different ways to have some variation as well.
