The good news is that it is still healthy to eat dishes like this but just be careful how much “extras” you put in.
Chicken and rice are so yummy and great and what a lovely mix, you just have to be mindful of how you can get fat from it, it is all the extras.
I can’t wait to get into some of it myself soon but it will be low fat sour cream and I will do some steamed beans with chilli, WOW, give that a go.
