I found a really good way to find out if you are as fit as you think you are. We all think we are pretty fit but this will really tell you if you are or not.

The Cooper 12-minute Run Test is the benchmark for if you really are fit or not. You will do a 12 minute running test and at the end of that you will be scored.

Although some people still believe that Vitamin E is effective in preventing coronary heart disease due to previous studies, the results from the GISSI Prevention Trial were actually mixed. In fact, after more than three years of taking vitamin E, 11,000 heart attack survivors who were taking the treatment experienced no preventive effects.
