There is so much amazing value in Chia seeds and I don’t know if people really know the value of them.
They have many vitamin advantages like omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants and the good news is that you don’t need much of them to do you the world of good.
What I do is sprinkle some into foods and you don’t know you have it in there and that is the best.
