to buy a bunch of equipment to get a great, effective workout at home.
Try to set aside just 15 minutes a day- that’s it, to sneak in a little time for you.
No equipment needed- just yourself and maybe a yard and some things you probably have
laying around the house anyway, like canned goods and gallon jugs, maybe a rake.
