So, have you heard about this new diet craze- intermittent fasting?
Everyone is talking about it and it does seem simple enough.
For 5 days a week, you eat whatever you want.
But, for two days a week, you limit your calories to a total of 600 for the entire day.
Preferably broken down into a 300 calorie breakfast and a 300 calorie dinner.
Rachael Ray had a really beautiful bunch of dishes, that were only 300 calories,
and it did look like a ton of food.
But, unfortunately, Rachael Ray doesn’t work here at Health-Recipes-Fitness,
we think it would be a good idea, if we all had good idea of what 300 calories looks like.
